1. Rental Requirements

The boat can be rented by adults (18+) only.

No boating license is required for our 5-meter boats with 5HP engines.

A valid ID or passport is required at the time of rental.

2. Rental Hours and Prices

Full Day Rental: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM — €130

Half Day Rental:

Morning (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) — €80

Afternoon (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM) — €80

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings can be made online, by email, or phone.

Payment is due at the time of rental, in cash or via accepted local payment methods.

We may require a small deposit to confirm your booking during high season.

4. Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the rental time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be refunded.

In case of bad weather or unsafe conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your booking. You will receive a full refund or the option to rebook.

5. Boat Use & Responsibilities

The renter is fully responsible for the boat and equipment during the rental period.

Life jackets are provided and must be worn when necessary.

The renter must follow all local maritime laws and safety rules.

Operating the boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

6. Damages and Liability

Any damage to the boat, engine, or equipment caused by careless or improper use will be charged to the renter.

Maksimus Boats is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal items during the rental period.

7. Fuel Policy

The boats are provided with a full tank of fuel.

The rental price includes fuel for the rental duration under normal use.

Excessive fuel use or refilling may incur additional charges.

8. Weather Conditions

Safety comes first. In case of rough sea or poor weather, rentals may be delayed or canceled.

We will offer a refund or reschedule if the trip cannot proceed due to weather.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. All personal data collected during booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
